Welcome to "The Maiden Fan Podcast" and my first episode, "Maiden & Me." This podcast is brand new and this episode is basically how Iron Maiden has been a part of my life for seventeen years.
Many thanks for the excellent podcast, Mike. Great to hear such a passionate fan discuss his experiences of truly the greatest band in the world. I will be subscribing to every episode :)
I myself am currently undertaking an acoustic Maiden project in which I'm recording my own versions of pretty much every song from the Maiden back-catalogue in acoustic versions, all recorded by myself at home with me playing all the instruments and performing all the vocals (albeit naturally nowhere near as good as the real Maiden vocalists!).

I downloaded all of the episodes a minute ago, and I'm listening to it right now. It's already great! I'm 13 (turning 14 08.08.08) and discovered Maiden a month ago. It's cool to hear another one telling about his experience! Make podcasts faster, dude! I want more when I run out of these 5!

This podcast was excellent. I find it very interesting to read about how Iron Maiden influenced a 13-year olds life. Up he Irons!

This made me remember all the great times I have had listening to Maiden. There really is no other band like them.
